The first Senior Management Team (SMT) Information Session took place on Tuesday, January 24. CFO and Vice-President Administration Marlene Kowalski presented on VIU's 2023-2024 budget and was followed with an extensive Q&A period.

Tuesday’s session was the first of three information sessions with SMT this year. The next session will be April 18 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Malaspina Theatre. Provost and Vice-President Academic Dr. Mike Quinn and AVP, Human Resources Dan VanderSluis will be the presenters. The third session of the year will be in October, with President and Vice-chancellor Dr. Deborah Saucier. More information about both sessions will be provided closer to the date of the session.
